Loudspeaker Paging with Partner ACS

Can anyone tell me what i need for loudspeaker paging on a Partner system? I want to install 3 loudspeaker horn and an outdoor buzzer. I plan to use system phones for regular paging and buzzer for outside. Thank u .

I have always had good luck with any of the Viking products,... but depending on the area you need to cover and noise levels, you will have to provide more info..i.e indoor office enviroment or factory, loading dock, etc.

Also..what release ACS..7.0 ?..The 7.0 uses trunk port 5 as a Page trunk with closure contacts if needed.

it is indoor wharehouse area with about 20 foot ceiling. yes i will get the release of the processor tomorrow. im almost positive its below release 7. anyway thanks for the help.

On version R6.0 and below, the ACS processor has a dedicated paging port (modular jack). From your description, a paging amplifier and speakers (horns) is all you need. If you don't have the Partner documentation, it can be downloaded for free from support.avaya.com It has just about all you need to know to add paging to the system.

Where is the buzzer connected and how is it used with the Partner?

Bogen makes amplifiers that work well with the Partner.
