I have a city government site that has a MiVB 8.0 system with IP telephones.

One of their departments is a Fire-Station that is using a Grandstream SIP ATA - HT814. The HT814 has all 4 ports configured - one for each of 4 phones... the Kitchen (no issues with the ringer), the Office (no issues with the ringer), and the equipment/truck bay (they can't hear this with the trunks running).

The 4th connection was set to go to a loud ringer, but turns out the ringer is broken or the HT814 won't push it enough.

I am looking for a ringer for them - one that will either work directly with the HT814, or one that is a SIP device in its own.

The issue is that the HT814 doesn't provide enough ring voltage to operate the external ringer they had.

I was considering a Wheelock UTA-1 as it has a select-able voltage input.

I tried a Grandstream Paging speaker, but it too wasn't loud enough when they were running the trucks for Preventative Maintenance this morning.

I would look for a loud bell with strobe I've used Wheelock and it should work

You might also look into the ring voltage booster from sandman.com so you can stick with equipment that you all know works satisfactorily (ring tone, loudness, so on).
