Is there a way to have a loud bell ring the same time as a 7310 set.

Yes. A qualified Nortel vendor would be able to connect and configure a loud bell to ring for you at the same time as the 7310.

look into viking products. There is a viking ringer amplifier I have used many times that you splice onto speaker leads of 7310. It will amplify everything that comes across the speaker, ringing, paging,voice call!
