Lotus Screencam question

I just install Lotus Smartsuite v9.8, mainly for the ScreenCam recorder, but I was disappointed to find out that the ScreenCam recorder only works on windoews 95 and 98.

Also, the Lotus website says there are no plans to create a recorder for Win2K or WinXP.

I want to capture video of my screen to create training videos. Someone tell me there is another product out there for this.
