I have installed Organizer 6 on a windows 2000 pc printing on a HP laserjet printer, but it will not print. I have tried installing another printer (brother) and this also did not work. The programme will bring up the print window but when you press the print window nothing happens. This occurs who evenr is logged onto the pc including the administrator.

Problem
A customer chooses to print to a network printer from Windows NT/2000. After clicking Print, nothing prints and no error message displays.
Solution
For Organizer to print to a network printer in Windows NT/2000, Organizer must be installed by the user who will print. Log in as the user who prints and reinstall Organizer.
For installing the software you must have to give administrative rights to user. after installation you can remove the rights.
