What can I do if I get the error, you have a different password on another copy of your ID file, when trying to access my server based mail file...This is after entering my ID and password to access notes in the first place.

Any help is appreciated..Using Notes 5

You need to Synch your passwords between your pc's (or pc and server in this case).

And then you need to get to a single Id file, so they don't get out of synch again.

If you only have one id, and get this error attempting to unlock the id (e.g. after 30 minutes of non-use); there is no fix. Lotus offers two workarounds in the technote mentioned above. We have chosen to limit the suggested workarounds to:

FIX: To work around this issue, do one of the following:

1. Turn off the option in the User Preferences to "Lock the id after xx minutes", or
2. Click OK (several times) until the error message is bypassed
