The email for one of my users is time stamped for 2/17/08. Today is actually 1/17/08. In his Calendar it shows that today is 2/17/08.
His windows XP time and date is correct. The data on the mobile Q device he syncs with is correct.
The date on the Domino server is correct.
When I open his database on my laptop the Calendar 'today' date is correct.
He is using Notes 6.5.1.
He syncs with commontime.
He is using the server copy of his mail database.

update-
I uninstalled and reinstalled Lotus Notes Client on the user's laptop on Friday. The date problem was fixed.

On Monday morning he sends an email and the timestamp date has once again moved one month ahead.

Now what?

A full virus scan came back clean.

You said that the date on his mobile Q device is correct, is there another date/time setting in the commontime application? (I'm really not familiar with it). Maybe that needs to be removed/reinstalled?

Thanks for the response. I will try and check for another date setting on his Q. Since the user is a salesman this could take a while.

Then I think I'll try to uninstall and reinstall the Commontime software on his laptop and his mobile device.

I'm putting in a ticket with Commontime support as well to see if they can help.
