Lotus Notes with Gateway of Zetafax and Upgrade of Lotus 5.0

I have two problems.
First Problem.
I have Lotus Domino 5.0 and I have a Fax Server (Zetafax v. 6.0.1 h)
I installed the Zetafax Gateway for Lotus Notes. I can send fax since Lotus Notes Client, and I can send attachments since Lotus Notes Client. But I have problems when I send a e-mail with attachments of Microsoft Word 97 professional (Spanish). Zetafax Server is shutdown when I send a e-mail with attachments of Word.

I configured well the Zetafax Server and Lotus.
Somebody know, which is the solution of this problem ?


Second Problem.

My version de Lotus is 5.0. If I want upgrade to Lotus version 5.0.4.
How do I do ?. I may install 5.0.4 inside 5.0 and I won´t have problems with the upgrade.
Are the users full? Do I lose the information of my users and DataBases, the files .nsf?

We use Extrafax with Notes rather than Zetafax and cannot therefore help in this area.

As regards upgrade from R5.0 to later versions, are you talking about server or client upgrade ?
