I just wondered if anyone had experienced the following issue:
We are backing up our notes files using the BSM for Lotus Notes and the client shows success after the backup is complete. If however, we attempt to recover any of the backed up files we see the following output:
Start time: 10-30-02 09:42a
Recovering files of client 'btn-nta1' from server 'btn-nta2.btn.firstchoice.co.uk'.
Received 0 matching file(s) from NSR server `btn-nta2.btn.firstchoice.co.uk'
Recover completion time: Wed Oct 30 09:42:34 2002
We've tried uninstalling the BSM and re-installing. Deleted the client, its indexes etc, and re-creating.
And we've tried uninstalling the Networker client from scratch, still with the same results.
When browsing using "networker recover for Lotus Notes" we are able to select the appropriate browse time and the file to be recovered.
When the recover is started, immediately after, we see the output Recover completion time: etc....
The tape drive has not even been accessed.
File recovery works OK if not backed up via BSM.
We have the identical setup at another site that works fine (Same Hardware)
Any Clues? - Martin
