Lotus Notes R5 Rules and Upgrades

My wife has to use Lotus Notes for work so I don't know all that much as I don't use it. But she does have a need for a rule and I can't figure out if it can be done with R5 (5.0.10).

I need a rule that if there is an attachement named Interscan_safestamp.txt, the email is moved or deleted. Can this be done in R5? and are there any updates I need to apply?

Rule can be set in Notes R5 but it can be set based on sender or subject and not attachment.
