We have Lotus Notes R5 on terminal server. When someone type a document in MS Word and try to use the option sent-document-by-mail. The lotus notes client starts with the profile configurd on the terminal server. That means one profile for everyone (wrong id). Is it possible to change this to the user environment?

TIA, JPvS

Hi
I've played a little bit with Notes running off a Citrix/Terminal server. The notes data dir is held on a networked drive for our users so as each user logged in, their network drive got mapped which meant they would have their ID available. Only other amendment was to redirect the notes.ini.

Not sure how useful this is!

Hello Clintboy, we also have the data on a user personal drive on a network store. Does the sendto (see file menu)functionality work on your environment?
