In Lotus Notes v.5.0.5 is there any way to flag mail for deletion from the sent mail box? At the moment, if I hit the delete key against any mail in the sent box I am asked immediately if I want to delete that single mail item. In the in-box it simply puts a trash bin symbol against each mail item and all flag mail is deleted when you F9 refresh.

In the sent box there is a column to the left of the the individual mail messages, if you click in that column a check mark will appear. You can check multiple messages if the messages are in order you can click and drag down and it will select all messages as you go. After you have the check marks next to the items you want to delete, hit the delete button and answer yes to the prompt.

Highlight the mail you want to delete and press CONTROL & X,
bingo!!!
