Lotus Notes 6.5

1. When Lotus notes is installed on Windows XP and then run as a user it will not run. The Notes run okay as a Administrator.

2. We also have users Bookamrk getting corruppted. I have re-installed notes and it is the same. I have validated his notes id and it is same.

I suppose you are talking about a client install ? Does the PC have access to the network during the install ? What do you mean by "will not run" ? Does it crash ? Do you not see anything at all ?

Could you please describe the symptoms in a bit more detail ?

The software was installed as Administrator and then logged as a user into Lotus Notes.

We have manage to resolve the issuse by resetting permission on C:\drive.

I add domain usersinto the powers users group
Give them enough rights for most apps
