Lotus Notes 6.5 closes all by itself

Hello,
We have several users here. 5 to be exact which are having Notes close all by itself for no apparent reason and gives no errors. They then have to reboot or run Killnotes to reopen it. The client side is 6.5, Server side is 6.5.2. All are running Win XP Pro SP2 w/up to date patches. Having to reboot or run Killnotes tells me it is not closing properly but still closing. Anyone happen to have any ideas what may be causing this?

Check your Program File\Lotus\notes\data\IBM_Technical_Support folder, there should be a series of log files that may provide information as to why Notes shutdown abnormally
