Have a group of uses which are on Windows XP and are trying to print a graph which is in Lotus R5. Any text prints out just fine however the graph prints simply in blue when printing to a Canon Colorpass Z20e print controller. They are able to print it to an HP Color Laserjet 4550 and have it print correctly. Unforteunatly printing to the laserjet can only be a temporary workaround. Canon's site has been extremely unhelpful, it was hard enough to find the most current print driver. Which was installed with no change in the issue. Like I said text prints just fine and any sort of graphics from any other program (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, IE were tested) prints just fine.

I'm having the same problem creating a PDF: All the text/numbers are fine, but the embedded graph just is just shown with the frame and graph line, no heading, text, etc.

I've tried three different PDF creators on this (IBM) machine. Then, when I create from another computer, at home, the graph looks fine in the saved PDF.

It's plumb weird!

Experiment with printer settings like
print graphics as raster
print truetype as bitmaps

also saw a thread for a lexmark where
a print as image box helped solve some problems.
