I deleted a user in Manager 7.08, then found that the 15 messages she had in her account folder disappeared as well, although the folder was still there. I then added the user profile again with the exact same name and full name spelling, but the messages are still gone. Is there any way to recover these .wav files or are they gone forever?

Lost .wav files in VM Pro account folder

You can try to use a windows file recovery/ un-delete programme to recover the wav's as long as they haven't been overwritten just as you can a document/photo in windows
