Lost toolbar icons in GM4

Running GM 4.00.9303 in W98. Been very stable for years.

System froze and GM came back okay but few extra open windows disappeared (no prob, man!)... AND my customized toolbar with the icons that I took so long to select and arrange a few years ago was GONE! Back to a default toolbar.

It's not just that my customize toolbar is no longer selected from the dropdown choice of toolbars. NO, it's GONE. I believe I had just modified the main one anyway.

Any way I can go in and try to recover just the custom toolbar, either from the hard drive or from a backup I still have of the hard drive before this reverting occurred?

Note: I HAVE A VERY STABLE SYSTEM other than that. That means I have worked long and hard to maintain a very stable and reliable system and need to keep my very stable and reliable system very stable and reliable.

So, only a totally safe fix is worth trying. Otherwise, I'll just have to redo it from scratch (not my first choice).

toolbar arrangement is saved in your USERNAME.INI file in the root GoldMine folder in a [Toolbars] and [tools16] section (or very similar names).. Open up any backup you might have of your JAY.INI (or whatever your goldmine username is) and find these sections and copy-paste them into your current .INI replacing the current, no-good sections that have reverted to the default. Of course, do this while you're OUT of GoldMine, otherwise, when you exit GoldMine, your current settings will be saved to the .INI overwriting your pastes..
