Lost Tapi issue

Hi there,

I have lost tapi as an option in dialing properties within Outlook on Win XP. I have tried to uninstall\re-install tapi and also have tried to add\remov it from phone\modem options. Have even tried changing login etc. Anyone come accross this?

Not sure if this effects the above but is your telephony service running?

ACA - IP Office Implement
ACA - IP Telephony
ACS - IP Office Implement (Aug 30th)

What do you mean by the telephony service?

Go under the control panel Then administrative tools then services and see if the telephony service is running.
