Someone deleted the switchboard instead of trying to edit it properly? I have tried to re-install MS Office 2000 to no avail. We are stuck, any suggestions would be most appreciated!

They deleted the form? Try going to tools Database Utilities and Switchboard Manager and see if it is there first! If so just redo what they undid!

You'll have to rename the table presently called "Switchboard items". Unfortunatly, your switchboard form is gone, but once the switchboard manager cannot find the table (by it's name) it will make you a new form and table. Just make the basic form. Then delete the new table and rename your old one "switchboard items"! Should work! Gord
