All that is showing on the toolbar is Back, Norton Antivirus, and Address. When I click on the double >> next to the Back button, I get a drop down box of selections: Forward, Mail, Stop, Refresh, Home, Favorites, etc. I then click on Options. Then, I highlight a current toolbar button and click Add. Nothing happens. I can't get my Forward, Mail, etc. to appear back on the toolbar. Please help. Have a great day. John

If you look to the right of the >> symbol, you should be able to see a faint grey | symbol. If you put the mouse pointer over it and hold down the left button, then a double headed arrow, (like <-> should appear. Holding the mouse button down, move the pointer to the right. This should cause your missing choices to re-appear.
