Lost "Msg Wtg Notification" on CP100

CP100 has been wkg fine for 6months, time to change passwords. All subscribers changed their pswds then the Admin person defaulted them so they could change them back to their "original" pswds. Now they don't get "Msg for you" when they have a message. Happens for all subscribers. Tech tried deleting and rebuilding a mailbox, initialized it and got same results. Couldn't build a "new" due to no more available seats. He is doing a backup then calling ITAS, just wondering if anyone else experienced this issue. Nothing on Nortel's site and I did a search on this forum w/o results.

just checking ...is message waiting enabled for the mailboxes
 
Yes, each mailbox has "Msg waiting:Y". Notification had been working properly up to the "must change password" date.

Is it a CP100 1.5 or 2.0 ?
There were some twitches in the 1.5 software that were fixed. I had F987 go MIA on one CP100. Every other code worked fine but that one. Tried everything possible to fix. Did upgrade and it fixed it. Must have been a corrupt file or something.
 
Thanks for both replies, good suggestions but...[blush]the tech found that all the users had used F806. Guess we shouldn't feel to bad though, ITAS didn't think of it either, we just overlooked the simple and tried to make it harder.

Another day, another lesson!

But who in their right mind would EVER suspect all the users did THAT? Oneses twoses BUT ALL?
