CP100 has been wkg fine for 6months, time to change passwords. All subscribers changed their pswds then the Admin person defaulted them so they could change them back to their "original" pswds. Now they don't get "Msg for you" when they have a message. Happens for all subscribers. Tech tried deleting and rebuilding a mailbox, initialized it and got same results. Couldn't build a "new" due to no more available seats. He is doing a backup then calling ITAS, just wondering if anyone else experienced this issue. Nothing on Nortel's site and I did a search on this forum w/o results.
