Lost one of my power supplies in an MG 1010 CS1K cabinet. Happened sometime between three and seven days ago (replacement is on the way). Would like to know:

1) How to find any relevant alarm. LD 22 PRT AHST only goes back a couple days, and I don't see it there. Does anyone capture more history than AHST, and if so, using what tools?

2) Ultimately, I would like to get email/text alerts on this and certain other kinds of alarms. Is anyone doing this, and if so, using what tools/methods?

Thank you!

As for the hist file, change the hist size in LD 17.

LD 17
req - chg
type - adan
adan - chg hst
size - ( 0 - 65534) Usually we set them at 20,000

enter the rest thru.

As for the email alerts, I don't believe the system will do it, but I have seen modems used by others on one of the TTY ports that will do it. Sorry I don't know the manufacture of the modem. I know that AT&T uses them on some of their customers that they monitor.
