For some reason, I've lost the scheduled reports I've worked really hard to schedule in the task scheduler queue (at the bottom half of the screen)! I'm using Avaya SA 6.0. I'm not sure if it was when I needed to reboot the VM that runs the software or what, but they're gone. I noticed that in the File menu there is a "Save Configuration" item. Perhaps I should be using that to save my scheduled reports? Please help! Any and all information you're able to give on this topic is greatly appreciated! I've now defined a need for an offline list of the scheduled reports because of this.

All of the ASA configuration data including the task schedule is in a file persist.dat. In Windows 7 the file is in the C:\Users\[login]\AppData\Roaming\Avaya\Site Administration\User. Look there to see if you original persist.bat file is there.

I would make it a habit of coping that file and putting it on a different PC or drive.
