Working on an older system. Shutdown for move. Probably 1.0 SW. It's the older software with 1. General, 2. etc. Components are MICS, Flashtalk, 2 7310, 1 7324. Line 3 doesn't show up on the main unit (7324) which has ring and appear for all 3 lines. I can get lines 001 and 002 on this set.
The 7310's use Line Pool A with 2 intercom buttons. Prime line is 003 from the pool. When you use the intercom, you get nothing...I notice line 3 on the 7324 the lights. Then if you RLS and try again you get a line...which shows as line 002. Line 3 infunctional on the BIX and if I switch it into the 2nd postion it works there. Although there are just 3 lines incoming, it has two DS cards...which I swapped see if line 003 was dead in the 1st DS.
Has anybody seen this problem. Worked fine in advance of the move.
