I have some option 11 cards, but the key codes are missing. I have read that they can be found in LD 143, with the KSHO command, but that doesn't seem to work on my system. Is there a way to get the keycodes back, or do I need to upgrade the software in my system so I can do it with the LD 143 command?

Any help would be appreciated.

cards don't need key codes, only the switch itself, not sure what your look for but you load keycodes on a new install, or upgrade that turns on you lic, if you need more tn's, buying cards will not give you any soft tn's only nortel turns those on with their magic wand

I have some SSC cards, but they didn't come with a keycode sheet, so I want to know if I can just put them in an option 11 system, and get the keycodes back trough the terminal software or something.

if it boots into service the keycodes will be loaded into the software.. the sec dongle will have to be in place..

Keycodes can be printed after logging in for opt 11
- LD 22 - SLT

To bootup the keycodes must match the dongle on the ssc card. Hopefully all your ssc cards came with Dongles!

Hi,

connect to TTY 0, go into LD 143 and type upgrade.

After the upgrade command you get a menu. In that menu there is an item called Utilities or something like that.

When you select that item you get a new menu and there should be someting like installation history.

When you select that option you get the complete keycode history of the switch, including the last one you will need to reinstall the software.
