Lost instances when migrating 8.5 to 10 - what did I do wrong? 1

Hi,

Running CE 8.5 & CR 8.5, converting to CE 10 & CR 10. CE is on Windows 2000.

I migrated one user/group from CE 8.5 to CE 10, and while I got all the report objects and folders none of the instances came over, nor did any scheduling information.

Did I miss something? I did this prior to adding any CE patches, hotfixes or monthly updates.

Thanks for any insight - I have a bunch of users and groups to move and they need to keep their instances.

When you get to the Import Folders and Objects sceen there is an additional check box at the bottom that says something like
Import all instances of each object.

Kingfisher - thanks - I missed that. I had checked all the other boxes I needed. Whew! Burden off my back now.
