My costumer is using IPO 406 v2 4.1 version with 3 BRI for CCC(Voicemail) they are using 4 VCMPRO LIC. When caller calls the compy VoiceMail gives him an option to choose express 1 to talk with agents, press 2 for short guide...And the situation is that when final line is used we will record a message: agents are busy we will call you back. MY wuestion: is there any way to get/or live monitor this last caller number and call him back ASAP. I know we can list this number in reports but is there any faster and other way.
