Lost functions from context menu!

When right clicking a folder the "Sharing..." and "Properties" items on my context menu are still there but they do nothing. When I click them the context menu just dissapears, "Properties" still seems to work for files but not for folders.

It's like this on two diffrent administrator accounts.

Any ideas on how I can restore the functions?

Things I gave done recently:
Installed Norton Anti Virus and Internet Security.
Insalled ZoneAllarm update.
Tried (unsucessfuly) to install a wireless LAN.
Changed the Administrator passwords.

Is the Server service running on you machines?

How do I check if the "Server service" is running?

My Computer (right click) > Manage > Services and Applications > Services.

If disabled... right click Server, click Properties, and on the General tab Startup Type, choose "Automatic".
