Is there a way of finding all DN's that have been put on a hook. It looks like some of the users have been using *90 to move DN's around but not completed the process.

User set relocation - unmanaged - can create a real nightmare. I would suggest that you disable this feature. You can not trust user's to keep you updated on the moves and it makes troubleshooting a real problem.

Assuming that these are all digital phonesets, you might stat each DLC to determine if any ports are disabled (nightly routines will disable any digital port that does not have a set connected). Then investigate the disabled ports on a case by case basis.

Also, you may want to print the DN's in question to identify the associated TN and go from there.

If you have a lot of these, roll up your sleeves, it won't be easy.
