Lost Caller ID

Hello! Caller ID no longer shows on the attendant phone (or any phone for that matter) from outside phone calls. As far as I know, nobody was "messing around" with the system. Here is some pertinent info:

Vodavi Starplus STS
- Changed ringer delay to 5 seconds
- Changed ICLID programming to the following:
ICLID: YES
NAME: YES
BAUD: 9600
PORT: Have tried 1 and 2

The only other possibility I can think of is there is something wrong on the phone company's end. Any other ideas?

Just to update, I did check with the phone company. Everything checked ok on their end.
