Has anyone seen on a BC9.0 system that once in a while a call record sent to a accounting device WILL NOT include the dialed number.

It will include extension/date/time/route etc. everything but the dialed number?

Cheers!

Hello

Since BC9, call logging string can be adapted by MML command.

Have a look with CLINP / CLFOP commands to know how the call logging has been set.

Yes all is normal. It is like 1 in 10 call records will not show the dialed number - yet all other info is present in the record?

Thanks

Hi 73vette,

Are you analysing the MD110 SMDR ASCII outputs or Call Accounting Device reports?.
Do you know the "Condition code" on the Call record in Question ?
If it's a standalone site it might be worth considering externally transferred calls.( T condition Code ) Transferred calls provide 3 call records.

1. incoming call component ,
2. outgoing call component
3. Information record that lists most details except the dialled number

This 3rd record is really an information only record and won't effect billing reconcilliation but can be misinterpreted buy some Call Accounting packages as an outgoing call with no dialled number.
I in 10 calls does sound a bit too high for this type of call though .
