Lost all My Toolbars

Help!!!

I have a user that has lost all his tools bars in word.
He hasn't got anything! I tried to get him to right click where the tool bars are meant to be, but he say's that there is no space there. It just goes from the Blue title bar to the ruler. I got him to check all around word to make sure that he hasn't moved it. But he's saying that he still couldn't see it.
He can't right click to bring up the customise options's.
Got him to delete the normal.dot, but word stay's the same when he goes back in. Got him to reboot. But he can't at the moment as there are people attached to his machine.
This is when I learn that he NEVER turns his machine off. Told him to reboot at lunch time.

Could just a simple reboot refresh his word to his normal settings. Or does anyone have any different suggestions???

Not sure what might have happened here (I have a good idea though!)

Possible solution
Go to the PC in question and run this code either from any open document or from normal.dot. This will bring the menu bar back (I hope!) The rest is straight forward (rt clk etc)

Sub Mend()
CommandBars("menu bar").Enabled = True
End Sub

To insert the code use ALT+F11 to open the VBE. Dbl click 'ThisDocument' from the project explorer on the right of the screen. Paste the code onto the page on the left frame of the window.

I suspect this may be a generic VBA virus so run you anti virus software on this machine.

But unfortunatly your soultions didn't work for this problem. I was really dissapointed. But it kept coming up invaild. I have kept that on file for future reference.

I have just rang the user to try a seggestion off that link you told me. But he has now gone to Lunch.
So I'll let you know if any of them is the right soultion.
