How can i boot this server or recreate grub.conf file so i can boot this server as of now i am unable to boot this server .

boot with your original RH cd's - linux recovery.

I did try that i am able to boot the server But when i try to recreate grub.conf it did not boot from that file.

Does grub not install properly? What commands are you using & what errors are reported?

I am using grub-install /dev/hda1 and i try the grub-install /dev/sda1 and it will error out as not found i am in the grub dir and i did try the ./grub-install /dev/hda1

That did not worked for me.

Do you have a SCSI or IDE boot disk? If it's SCSI, try [g]grub-install /dev/sda[/b], if IDE use /dev/hda. i.e. don't include a partition number.
