Lost 8300 LSP's

I've recently lost two 8300 LSP's, they are "out of service"
Translations will not make it over, and this is after they've both been in service over a year.
The error on the LSP is "feature usage exceeds license limits", and a loadlicense reveals "System usage exceeds license limit for VALUE_EC500". Except it doesn't...Display capacity is good.

Something got out of sync with the incremental translation syncs, but how do you get them back in sync with the 8700?
 
I had the same situation a few monhs ago, it was resolved by rebooting the lsp and the main server.
 
Turns out in this case (after making it to Tier IV and developers) that it's an Avaya issue, an MR has been created and a patch is in the works.
