losing Voicemail

I have a customer that is losing voicemail. Someone will leave them a message and the message waiting light will come on, but when they login to the mailbox they have no message. Thanks for any help.

If it's just one user, try deleting the User Account and Extension, and recreate both after a reboot. Stop and start voicemail services.

I justed checked no space at the end of his name.

Is the message left in a group mailbox????

Check under Source Codes for that user to see if they have Group Mailboxes setup.

Also check the VXXX is correct.
