I am using a XP Pro PC connected to a Windows 2003 server with active directory. When I first startup my PC and login to the network I am able to Resolve all workgroups and server names, however after 15-30 minutes I can't resolve. At the command prompt I can ping the Server name and I can map a network drive. After about 15 minutes resolution returns and I could see all workgroups and servers. I am not running Wins on the server and only using DNS for resolution.

You losing workgroups AND servers, or just servers? What do you mean by workgroups? What happens when you try ipconfig /all and traceroute when this happens? More info would help.

Some time later (15 Minutes or so) I am able to browse and see all other work groups and their devices and my login domain with devices. This happen all through the day I can browse and later I can't browse. I am in a single subnet, the server has two Nic's one for the subnet and the other connecting to a dsl modem. I am using my Win2003 server as a firewall. My ipconfig:
