Losing good e-mails? 1

Hey folks,
Need somehelp. running eudora 6. I have about 30 entries in my filters to block out junk. For some reason, in the last two weeks, I have not been receiving good e-mails from a friend of mine. I have it set to auto put junk e-mails in the junk mailbox and mail isn't junk if its in senders address book, both checked. When I first open eudora and click on check mail, I can see messages from my friend being downloaded (i see his name), but then they do not show up in the junk or in mailboxes. I don't know what happened to them. Should I have something else checked or do something different ?Thanks for any input!!!

Create a filter of your friends email address and move it to the top of your filter list. Have the filter do nothing more then move it to the correct mailbox, then skip all the rest of the filtering. It sure sounds like one of the other filters is eating them
