Losing Frequent Contacts in Address Book

We are running Groupwise 7.0 and we have added Frequent Contacts in the Name Completion Search order. A day later, the Frequent Contacts are no longer listed in their Address Book, nor in the Name Completion Search order list. This is only happening on a few users. However, you can still locate them accessing address book via a new e-mail in the drop down list. One day they are there, gone the next, then back again. Any tips.......
