Have any off you had this IPO500v2 v10.0.0.1.0 build53 Customer says they have had calls lost When taking the call back.
So press transfer key dial extn who don't answer so take call back with appearance key and the call as gone. The phones are 5410 and 5420, I have tested and never had a problem but they seem to think it happens a couple of times a day.
So have any of you had the problem I would upgrade to the latest 10.1.2 but I have been hearing it brakes the button programming on 54XX, does anyone know if the latest 10.0 has the same problem.
