I lose management regularly on my baystack 470.

After a reboot, all is ok.

I have a script for backup the config each week.

I don't found bug on Nortel documentation.

Thanks for your answer...

Are you losing management via telnet, SNMP, SSH?

Can you manage switch at this time via console port?

Hello,

i loose all managment, telnet, snmp, ssh....

You not say me can you manage switch via console port.

Try entering menu interface and pinging default gateway. Is it being successful?

If it not success, use sniffer on port where exist management VLAN. Can you see BPDU packets, "hello" packets and ARP requests from switch?

Hello

i don't can manage switch via console port.

I have open a case on Nortel web site.

Hello,

it's a bug corected in 3.6.2.

I would NOT advise utilizing 3.6.2 on any of the BOSS switches.
Wait for a later release. We just learned that in several cases, customers are seeing NVRAM failures or switches rebooting continuously with 3.6.2.
Fix is to go back to 3.6.0 or await newer release.

I hope this is helpful
