Loosing Voice mail

Hello;

I have a user that looses voice mail. When she leaves for the day she has voice mail but when she comes in in the morning they are gone. Checked the settings in manager and everything looks okay.

Are you saying the message waiting light goes out? If so, are there old messages as opposed to new ones?

Have a look in the \Voicemail Pro\VM\Account\User folder to see if there are wav files there. Have a look at create times etc

Is the mailbox password protected? If not, put one on.
