To prevent users from making changes to your application, the run-time environment removes several menus and commands from the menu bar. For example, the View, Tools, and Format menus are removed from all windows, and items from the Edit, Insert, and Records menus are removed from the menu bars in the Datasheet view of Tables and Queries, and Form view, and Print Preview.
In general, you'll want to control the menus and commands available to users of your application by building your application around forms that have custom menus. If you give users access to all of the Microsoft Access menus and commands, they may inadvertently change how your application works. For example, a user could reset a variety of options by using the Options command on the Tools menu.
Note Although certain menus have been removed from the menu bar, you can still use the commands that appear on them in your application. You can use the RunCommand method to carry out any command on any of the hidden menus.
Thankyou for the help, the only thing I can't get working is I need the print page setup to work while in my reports under runtime. Can you step me through please.
