Loop thru all open programs and close them...

I'm in the military and during exercises we often bug-out. I wanted to make a program that has a button that sits ontop of all open programs (I can do this already)... I just want to be able to click this button and it will cycle thru all open programs and close them so I can shut down the computer quicker. Any thoughts?

ck1999 probably right, however being a military system I'm not allowed to make programs and operate them on a military system. I can however make an access database which is why I'm on the VBA forum. Can you help?
