I finally got a chance to look at the modifier in 7.5 now.
To modify the column headings click on the text icon (A) in the tool box and click on the heading that you want to change. You should now be able to change 'Short Description' to read Description and vise versa.
You may need to adjust the vertical line used to separate the headings and also make sure that the Item Number heading does not overlap the Description heading.
When you are done click on the White Arrow in the toolbox.
Save the window and give users rights to the modified window if you haven't done so already.
