Looks right...doesn't connect

Hey all,
I have an SBS2003 machine that I am trying to connect to via VPN. I am able to get all the way to "authenticating password", and then it errors out with a 718 error message. I am running a Watchguard X10e that is configured right... compared to others that work, but I cannot get this server to connect. 718 error is pretty vague, and I am stuck. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!!

Any errors in the event log? Do you try using your domain\username to authenticate?

Yes, I did try the domain/username. The event log in relatively clear. I even downloaded the sbs connectoid, but that didn't work. I am totally stumped.... and I know sbs!!! Thanks for your help...
