Looking to download DERT for HFA 15 V3 R0.40.0 C1 1

I am looking for downloading DERT for openstage 15 HFA with the version : V3 R0.40.0 C1
I'd be grateful for any possible help

DERT usually comes in only a few flavors and none of them are really current. Typically because it's a recovery tool you just use it to fix the phone and then push out your chosen software version as a second step after the phone comes up again.

may I ask you , is it possible if I used another version of DERT as " DERT_V1R0.2.0_HFA_3.0.18.0" and uploaded an ios image of "OS_15_HFA_V3_R0_40_0" to the phone ?
is it won't make any damage on the framework of the phone and make it unusable again ?

I have found only the IOS IMAGE of the version that i 'm looking for , i need "DERT V3 R0.40.0 C1" application that i did not find it there

Hi.

In order to make phone upgrade to OS_15_HFA_V3_R0_40_0 SW version, you must have at least H4k sys SW ver. V7 R0.12.4 or later.
Also you must check if there is a compatible devices/hardware revision (product):
S30817-S7401-D501/503
S30817-S7401-B501/503
S30817-S7401-D701/703
S30817-S7401-B701/703
Otherwise there is no guaranty that after upgrade there wouldn't be any damage on phone.

The fornt page of the interface web of the phone or it belongs to the provider server ?

It is on front page of Hipath/Openscape 4000 Assistant (voice PABX server admin WBM tool).
Are you sure that openstage 15 HFA telephone device is connected to Hipath/Openscape 4000 voice PABX ?
If you are not administrate it please ask your voice H4k PABX provider to give you SW version information (RMX SW ver. is needed).

You mean that i can use V1 R0.5.0 and upload the IOS image to the phone ?
Wouldn't it make any damge to the phone ?

If the image (any image) is not suitable for the phone it will reject it with a message telling you that it is not a correct image.
Plug the phone in to a PoE source
