New to this system, still getting acclimated to it.
I have learned many things about it since I started working here but now have a new challenge.

Current config.
if a call comes from an outside line, it rings our receptionist area.. (4 different phones) I believe... who ever answers it, answers it.

Request:
Would like for all phones in the building to ring if a call comes from an outside line after a certain time (ie. 5:30pm).
Some employees work nights and are not in the receptionist area to answer calls if they were to come in.

(we also have a paging system that currently works for voice pages that I wouldn't mind implementing in this "every phone ringing") but that's a bonus.

As I mentioned, I'm new to the system but I have found where I can set the schedule times for this mode but have yet to get it to work properly.
Any assistance would be appreciated and I'll answer any probing questions posted.

Thanks,

D

Easiest way for me to determine such things?

Be aware that ringing phones from outside may affect your voice mail system. You will have be sure that Auto-Attendant timing is adjusted to beat any call forward no answer times at the set level.
