Looking to buy a new computer

I'm in the market to buy a new computer. I don't feel like taking the time to build one right now. Anyone know of any good products/prices going on right now? I know that this is a very broad question, however I am open to any suggestions. Thanks.

They let you select the hardware you want and then assemble it and send it to you. They can make a sysetem with an Enlight Case and an ADII FIC motherboard for an AMD Socket A, that uses DDR RAM.

Of course you could just go to Best Buy, or buy a Dell online for payments. If you do not like my post feel free to point out your opinion or my errors.

As a system admin. and technician, I would advise heavily against buying a computer from a department store. Most employees know nothing about the product, except for how to place it in your shopping cart. If you have a good general knowledge of computers, go to a local business, customize it on your own, and have someone else do the "dirty work". If you are indeed hell-bent on buying it from a name-brand company, Dell has had the least number of technical difficulties, and has been rated at the top in terms of customer service.

I have been with a company for 2 yrs now that sells and supports a particular Mfrs. Product which I can vouch for. Their service and support is great, and all the sales force is computer savy to some degree or another. Many of us are senior citizens (almost)and have been in the business for years.
