I have been looking for patches for Nortel CS-1000. The patches are: MPLR23530, MPLR23780, MPLR24399 and MPLR24193.

Does someboy know where I could find this patches and the proper way to set them up?

the realese that I have is 5.0

I think I did not make my question correctly, I'm looking for the process of installing them, for example if I need to install one of this patches first then the other, things like that.

The other problem is where can I get this patches?

And if you are still asking for a process and order to install..... get a vendor

Its not as simple as you are probably thinking it is Tetote.

Call your vendor. If you're covered under a maintenance agreement with them, this should be included in the monthly charge. You're paying for it - let them do it.

Looking around the ESPL site, I don't even see those - so they may have been superceded.

They don't release these to the general public for a reason, and I believe Avaya policy is your PBX must be covered under a PASS agreement first.

Buddy is correct. We are under strict orders not to patch a customer's PBX that's not under a PASS agreement. It's frustrating for us because we patch until the customer ponies up $$$ for a PASS agreement. But thems the rules.
